Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take for my lights to arrive?
It takes approximately 7-9 working days for your lights to arrive at your doorstep. Your parcel will be handled by third party logistic such as Ninjavan, Qexpress or J&T Express.

Why does it take so long?
We have a very stringent rules to follow for all lighting products, hence all items required QC test check before sending over to your doorstep. Usually this process takes 1-3 working days and it follows order sequence

Can I Request to Expedite My Shipping?
Unfortunately, there is no express shipping option available as we need to follow our SOP. Do contact us for a quote for shipping/delivery if items are required urgently.

Are there any requirements for Free-delivery?
We will be glad to absorb all shipping costs to have them delivered to your doorstep! All our products are competitively priced to ensure quality & cost-savings as we are mainly doing wholesale supply.

How long is the lead time for installation?
We will arrange for the installation within 3 working days once you have placed your order with us <Please contact us to let us know if you need installation>. Once your orders have arrived safely to you, please un-box & check the condition of the items before you install or request for us to install. The items, once installed, will not be eligible for any refunds/returns/exchanges.

Installation Matters
Installation is not included in all selling prices. Installation prices listed are as below & with ranges because the scope of work and requirements may be different for each customer. Please contact us if you need any assistance. Below is a guidance price list and subject to actual site conditions along with the points below.

Can I add on/change the items in my order?
Yes, of course. Please let us know within 2 days if there is any changes to your existing order. Do note that you may be required to top-up the additional differences in cost for the packages. Just contact us via WhatsApp/Facebook messenger or Email!

Do you have a warranty on your lights?
Yes, all our products come with a in house 1 year warranty. However, do note that they do not cover aesthetic damages & any of free bulbs provided to you. If it is a blatant defect, get in touch with us and we will arrange necessary for you the soonest.

To facilitate any warranty claims, you will need to provide us with basic information and supported video/photos of the damaged products. For example, a no power connection can be shown via a test pen as a proof. For damages, please show us photos or videos of the affected parts etc.

Please check all items upon receiving and let us know if there are any issues. We will not be liable for any requests for exchanges/returns/refunds after item has been installed.


Is there anywhere I may view your lighting products in person?
Unfortunately, to keep prices low, we have no intentions of opening a showroom which will incur rental, staff, running, utilities costs etc. These are the additional cost that those retailers pass on to consumers like you. Rest assure our price is definitely much more competitive in the market.

I really like your lights & would like to view them.
It will not be possible to physically view our items. However, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. Just let us know which products that you may be interested in and we are happy to provide actual product photos from our other projects.
